A Christmas dinner is being organised for Choir Members and guests by Ian Moody for Saturday 6th December at St Oswald’s Church in the Rectory Hall in the evening (6.30pm for 7pm), and includes a full roast dinner. This is a BYO Drinks event (glasses etc provided) and we are also looking for raffle prizes. Please consider contributing to the prizes (bring them to a rehearsal).
Gerry King is compiling a list of those attending the end of year dinner, including their choice of Entrée and Main Course (see Christmas menu_updated 18 November).
We need volunteers to help set up the room and tables etc prior to the dinner and help clear up after the dinner afterwards. If you can help with the set-up, please be at St Oswald’s by 5.30pm on the night so we can have everything ready by 6.30pm when guests will begin to arrive. We will also need volunteers to help clean up after the dinner.
The cost per person is $30. Please make payment in advance to the AMVC bank account (BSB and Account number below), and add your name and “Dinner” to the transfer. Those who prefer to pay cash should contact the Treasurer, Peter Schulze.
